One of my besties, Crystal, gave me the recipe a couple of years ago but it never dawned on me to actually fix it again until I was having a little get together with some of the ladies. Of course it is always a favorite at my parties so now I am going to share it with y’all.
1 – 8 oz. package of cream cheese
1 – bag of real bacon bits
1 – packet of ranch dressing mix
Put the cream cheese in a bowl first and then add about 1/2 cup of bacon bits (this varies depending on how much you like bacon). Now to add about a tablespoon of the ranch dressing mix. I do not recommend using much more than a tablespoon because if you use too much, it will make the cheeseball too salty. Mix it up real good and form it to the shape of a cheeseball. Voilà the easiest cheeseball ever!
I never have any left over or to be thrown away…..just saying.
