Gourmet Peanut Butter Balls Recipe
2 – cups of bNutty Totally Toffee peanut butter
2 – 1lb. packages of chocolate candy coating
3 – cups of powdered sugar
3/4 – cup of salted butter (softened)
1/2 – tsp. of vanilla extract
Wax paper
In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, salted butter and vanilla extract. Next, slowly mix in the powder sugar until it is fully blended and sticks together (you may need to add more to powdered sugar to get the mixture to completely stick together like a giant ball). Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes so that the mixture is firm. Once it is firm, begin forming 1-inch balls from the mixture. Place the balls in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to allow them to become firm. Next, melt the chocolate according to the directions on the package. Once melted, dip each ball one by one into the chocolate and place onto the wax paper. Place back into the refrigerator to chill until ready to serve.
