There is no doubt that dieting is hard work but Rome wasn’t built in a day and loosing weight takes even longer. ~Shannon

After trying so many different diets, I had finally came to the point that “it is what it is” but recently my husband encouraged me to try the Keto diet. I started to do some research to find out what I can and can’t eat only to come to the conclusion that I would put in some honest effort to see if would work for me.

I learned that my main focus was on carbs and sugars which cut out most of the things I love to eat. What I didn’t know was that I would crave things like chocolate and ice-cream just like a pregnant woman. That’s when I knew I needed to find foods that would satisfy my cravings for sugar but wouldn’t break my diet.

After spending hours in the grocery store and online looking for “Keto-friendly” products, I found that the 5 products below crushed my cravings and still allow me to shed the weight.
