Going to the Vintage Market is something everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime. Me and one of my besties, Kristie, started the hour trip to Fletcher, N.C. this past Saturday for her first trip to the Vintage Market. We had such a relaxing time together laughing and carrying on as we strolled down each isle.

There were amazing crafts, antiques and goodies everywhere. Seeing all the antiques usually triggers memories of your childhood that were long forgotten. Though some things come with a hefty price tag because they are antiques, we found most things in general were reasonably priced.

We had took umbrellas in with us but it was turning out to be a nice day so when we took some things to back to the car, we decide to ditch the umbrellas. Not even an hour later a storm come ripping through but we were still determined to have a great time. Once the storm let up, people started back to going about shopping the market.

Check out what it looked like after the storm:

I totally found some great items like the best maple syrup (and I don’t even like maple syrup), a picture, a sign (for my cousin’s new house), a beachy apron, this great peach soap and the cutest handmade bag. Oh and I can’t forget the chocolate honey….so yummy!

Check out the video to see the treasures that I rounded up here:
