Every April 22, people from around the world celebrate Earth Day. This celebration was first started in 1970 to show support for environmental safety due to the oil spill off the coast of Santa Barbara, California.

This year marks Earth Day’s 50th anniversary.
Though people are not able to attend events or celebrations this year because of the pandemic, there are other ways to show your support for Earth Day.
Here are 15 ways to celebrate without leaving your home:
