In Hazel & Holly by award-winning author Sara C. Snider, young witch sisters Hazel and Holly live in the Grove, a community nestled in an enchanted forest where witches and warlocks practice elemental magic, and necromancy is not allowed. Ssouthernlifestyle – The author did a wonderful job showing both the strengths and weaknesses of each character along the journey to find the sisters’ father. Shaken by an unfamiliar place filled with dark magic and dead souls, each have to find their own sense of comfort to survive. I look forward to seeing if the author creates a second book about the adventures of Hazel & Holly. This book is recommended for YA and adults who love fantasy, magic and fiction books.
